After a week of struggling to walk and a hospital visit, Trent was quickly able to diagnose the muscle that I had injured in my leg, despite the injury being slightly unusual. He gave me great advice on rehab and exercises that had me back walking, running, and playing football far quicker than otherwise would have been possible.

I saw Dan following Knee surgery. He talked me through my operation and filled me with confidence from the start. My knee has improved week on week and I am now completing activities I didn't think I'd get back to. Thank you so much for your help. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

I took my ten year old son to Dan at Cave physio as he had sustained injuries to his neck and wrist in a car accident. Dan has been brilliant throughout his treatment, immediately putting him at ease as he also suffers with PTSD following the accident. Quickly found common ground and built trust. The work he did each session on my sons wrist was brilliant and attentive. The strengthening exercises we were given have really worked and he's now just as strong in each wrist. Great work on his neck too which is strengthening week by week . Dan's a true professional and I can't thank him enough for the improvements he's helped deliver.

Really professional service from Dan. I've been to see other physio's before regarding my knee pain which have provided little benefit. A quick, confident diagnosis from Dan, following his advice and exercises I have seen a significant decrease in knee pain and am back enjoying my running. Thank you!

Friendly atmosphere and great help for my injury!

Dan’s knowledge coupled with excellent physiotherapy received from him over several visits alleviated the extreme pain I was suffering due to my sciatic nerve. This coupled with advice and recommended exercises means that it is now no longer a problem. In my view we are fortunate in having such a skilled practitioner available in South Cave and based on my experience have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that may be suffering similarly.
